Charles Looper is founder and President of Looper and Associates.
LLC, located in Mansfield, Arkansas. Charles is a life-long resident
of Western Arkansas and is a widely known businessman. He has over
forty years of experience as a corporate executive, a director of
sales, as well as owner of multiple small businesses.
Charles is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, having been
awarded the Bachelor of Science and the Master of Science degrees.
He is a member of both the Fort Smith and Mansfield Chambers of
Commerce, and the Sebastian County 4-H Foundation, along with other
civic organizations.
Mr. Looper was recently listed in Who’s Who in Executives
and Professionals.
His association with Profiles International, Inc., began in 1992.
He is an Area Director and Strategic Business Partner and has
qualified
as a member of the Vice-Chairman's Board.
