Checkpoint 360 Competency Feedback System

Now that you have found the perfect candidate, we can also help you train them by identifying where their management skills need improvement. The Checkpoint 360 Competency Feedback System will measure a candidate's leadership potential in eight skill areas divided into 18 different competencies.

Information for the assessment is taken from a 360 degree perspective, the candidate, their manager, their peers, and the employees they supervise. The report contains full-color graphs, charts and descriptions which allow the candidate to see which skills they are strongest in and which areas need improvement. The report also contains a special section that offers suggestions about how the candidate can make improvements in their performance.
